freelancetracker.ai facilitates hourly-paid contracts through a collaborative negotiation process. When creating a job listing, clients specify their preferred hourly rate. Freelancers then submit their own proposed rates for the job, and the final rate is determined through mutual agreement during the interview stage.
Contract Execution and Work Tracking
Once the contract is signed, freelancers use freelancetracker.ai’s integrated Time Tracker to log their working hours. Clients can monitor the freelancer's activity and progress via their freelancetracker.ai Dashboard. Clients have the option to enable or disable Manual Time Entry for freelancers and can set weekly limits on hours worked per project. If necessary, clients can report any discrepancies in logged hours.
Payment Security
freelancetracker.ai’s Hourly Protection ensures secure payment handling for hourly contracts. Funds are held in a secure Escrow account for 7 business days. If there are no issues, payments are automatically released to freelancers.
Billing Process for Hourly Contracts
Freelancers are paid on a weekly basis. Tracked hours are automatically submitted for review every Monday. Clients have until Friday of the same week to approve or dispute the freelancer’s hours. After approval, payments are processed and sent to freelancers the following Wednesday.
