For Clients:
- Review and Approval: Clients can monitor freelancer activity by viewing screenshots on their dashboard and approving weekly payments.
- Dispute and Refund: If there are discrepancies between the task and the screenshots provided, clients can report the issue and request a refund for any hours that don't match the work done.
Hourly Protection:
- Weekly Tracking: Freelancers log their hours from Monday to Friday, with payments processed automatically from Friday to Monday.
- Escrow Period: Funds are held in escrow for 7 days to ensure accuracy before being released to freelancers.
For Freelancers:
- Time Tracking: Freelancers must use the FreelanceTracker.ai Time Tracking tool to log their hours.
- Payment Processing: Payments are made on the 7th day after submitting work if the client does not review or request modifications within the due date.
- Dispute Reporting: Freelancers can report if a client unjustifiably declines payment.
