If you are having issues logging into your account or forgot your password you should reset it.
Account credentials can be reseted in the following steps:
- Click on the “Forgot password?” link;
- Fill in e-mail address associated with your account;
- Click on the “Reset” button;
- Access your e-mail address and follow the instructions mentioned in the message there;
- Enter the “New Password” and confirm it;
- Click on the “Update Password” button.
