Billing Method

Attaching a Billing Method: Essential for Hiring on FreelanceTracker.ai

To ensure smooth transactions and uninterrupted workflow, FreelanceTracker.ai requires you to attach a billing method during the hiring process. Currently, FreelanceTracker.ai supports the following billing methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Cards (visa/master card)

Credit Cards

freelancetracker.ai accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. Payments are billed automatically every following Saturday, starting from the moment the contract is signed.

PayPal Transfers

freelancetracker.ai accepts verified PayPal accounts only. Payments are billed every following Tuesday, starting from the moment the contract is signed.

The PayPal system generates subscriptions based on the maximum billable amount set per week. However, the system will only charge the client the exact amount of hours tracked by the freelancer for that week.

Example: If a client signs a contract at $10 per hour with a weekly limit of 20 hours, PayPal will generate a weekly subscription of $200 ($10 × 20 hours = $200). However, if the freelancer only tracks 10 hours, the client will be charged $100 ($10 × 10 hours = $100) for that particular week.

Adding Multiple Billing Methods

Attaching more than one billing method can help prevent transaction issues, such as insufficient balance or technical problems with a primary payment method, ensuring seamless payments and uninterrupted service.
